Book Lovers

• We are a very friendly group and meet at 1.45pm on the third Wednesday in a member's home. 
• We discuss and decide which books we would like to read over the next few months then source them ourselves, from the library or buy them. (Sharing, ebay and amazon )

• Recently we have thoroughly enjoyed ‘The Giver of Stars’ by Jo Jo Moyes, inspired by a real life group of brave women in 1950’s red neck America, bravely delivering books on horseback to the backwoods women.   ‘ The Ink Black Heart’ by Robert Galbraith (JK Rowling) Cormoran Strike detective, phew a real insight into online role play and incel mysogeny.       
  Enjoyed an amazing trip around North America, Europe, Russia, China, Korea, Japan, ending on the Orient Express, with ‘Around the World in 80 Trains’ by Monisha Rajesh.

A very varied and enjoyable selection.
